I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right on the pedestrian area, making it easy to explore. The room was decent but felt overpriced for what it offered. While the service was helpful, it could have been more attentive, especially regarding customer care. Dining left a lot to be desired, with poor quality breakfast options. Overall, I think some improvements could really elevate this place.
